Telephone / Email / Remote Support Contracts
Unlimited Telephone / Email / Remote Support on annual contract basis. Variable rates
depending on module configuration, licenses
and customization programs. See the Pricing page

Onsite Support
Onsite technical support and training is available at $100/hour, plus
travel expenses.
