We use Citrix GotoAssist software at http://www.fastsupport.com.  Just click on the link and enter your name and the support key given to you by our support personnel.

Telephone / Email / Remote Support Contracts                                       

Unlimited Telephone / Email / Remote Support on annual contract basis. Variable rates depending on module configuration, licences

Onsite Support

Onsite technical support and training is available at $100/hour, plus travel expenses.
